Chinese bhel/street style chinese bhel/crispy noodles


Chinese bhel is a popular street food of Mumbai and you can serve it as an evening snack.  It is made by adding vegetables and sauce to fried noodles. Fried noodles are also available from the market and they can also be made at home. You can fry the noodles and stuff them in a box and use them to make bhel.  After this it should be served immediately otherwise the noodles become soft. it is very easy to make Chinese Bhel and it is prepared very quickly and everyone likes it very much, so let's make Chinese Bhel.

Ingredients for making Chinese Bhel

.long thinly sliced ​​cabbage

.long thinly sliced ​​carrots

.green onions chopped

.boiled noodles

.1 tsp tomato sauce

.2 tsp schezwan sauce

.1 tsp white vinegar

.  1 tsp soy sauce

.Oil

.1 onion chopped

.1 Green chili finely chopped

.  1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

.salt to taste

How to make Chinese Bhel

.  First of all, heat water in a vessel and add noodles to it and cook till the noodles become soft.

.  When the noodles become soft, filter them and separate their water and pour cold water over them so that their cooking stops.

. Now heat oil in a pan

.When the oil is hot, add the noodles to it and fry the noodles on medium flame until they turn crispy.

.When the noodles become crispy take them out in a plate and let them cool.

. Now heat some oil in another pan

.  When the oil is hot, add one long chopped onion and one finely chopped green chili and fry it lightly.

.  Now add chopped carrots, chopped cabbage, and green onions and mix vegetables do not cook much, just cook for 1 or 2 minutes on medium flame

.  Now add Schezwan Sauce, White Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Tomato Sauce and mix it and turn off the gas by adding coarsely ground black pepper and salt as per taste.

. Now add vegetables to the fried noodles and mix it well and also add chopped green onions to it.

. Chinese bhel is ready, garnish it with some chopped green onions and serve.

Tips

.You can fry the noodles and store them in the box and use them when needed

.  Serve immediately after making bhel otherwise the noodles become soft later.

.  You can increase or decrease the sharpness of Bhel as per your choice.

.  You can also make Bhel by adding your favorite vegetables.
