Today we are going to make Milk Powder Peda Peda is one of the popular sweets of India and it is made on festivals like Holi Diwali, they are made with milk and sugar but it takes a lot of time so today we are using milk powder.  For making instant peda, we need only three things like milk powder, sugar and ghee.  Pedas are made in many ways and they are very tasty in all ways. So today we make instant pedas with milk powder.

,  2 tbsp ghee

,  1 cup milk flower cream

,  1/2 cup sugar or powdered sugar

,  2 cups milk powder

.1 2 tsp cardamom powder

.Pistachio Clippings for Garnishing (Opsonal)

How to make Milk Powder Peda

Process of making milk powder peda

Put ghee in a nonstick pan and heat it.

Now add 1 cup of milk to it and mix it well, now add sugar to it and cook on low flame till the sugar dissolves.

After the sugar dissolves, add cardamom powder and 2 cups of milk powder and cook it while stirring continuously, taking care that there are no lumps in it. Cook the mixture till it becomes thick. Keep the flame on low.

When the mixture becomes thick, switch off the gas.

Let the mixture cool down enough to lift it with your hands.

Make pedas with a light hot mixture.

.To make Peda the size of a ballTake the mixture and make it round with your palms and press it with the thumb in the middle.

Decorate the pedo with pistachio shavings.

Tips

Keep the flame of the gas low while making pedas.

Add less sugar because milk powder is also sweet.

.When the mixture is slightly hot, make pedas of it as it will cool down and become hard.

.If you have a nonstick pan, use that only.

Do not add milk powder all at once, add it little by little

After adding milk powder, cook the mixture while stirring continuously.
