Red Sauce Pasta is an Italian recipe but we have made some changes to make it Indian style Red Sauce Pasta.
It is very easy to make and you can eat it by making it in the morning or evening breakfast and can also give it by putting it in the tiffin of children, this pasta is very much liked by children and adults, so let's make Red Sauce Pasta.

necessary ingredients
. 1cup pasta
.Ginger Garlic Paste
.1 onion chopped
.2 Tomato Puree
.1/2 tsp oregano
.1/2 tsp red chili powder
.1/2 tsp black pepper powder
.salt to taste
.Oil
.1/2 tsp chili flakes
.1 Green chili chopped

How to make Red Sauce Pasta

.  First of all, keep the water hot in a vessel to boil the pasta.

.  Put a spoonful of oil and a little salt in the water

. When the water comes to a boil, add pasta to it and cook until the pasta becomes soft.

.  After 10 minutes, cut the pasta with a knife, if the pasta cuts easily, then the pasta is cooked well, keep in mind that we do not have to cook the pasta too much

.  Now filter the pasta through a sieve, separate its water and pour cold water over it so that the cooking of pasta stops.

.  Now heat oil in a pan

.When the oil is hot, forget to add ginger garlic paste to it

.  Now add finely chopped green chilies and chopped onion and cook till the onions turn brown.

.When the onion turns brown, add tomato puree to it, mix and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

.  Now add  1 /2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes and salt and mix.

,  Now add 1/4 cup tomato sauce and mix it and cook on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.

,  Sauce is ready, now add boiled pasta and mix it

,  Red sauce pasta is ready, take it out in a plate and serve garnished with finely chopped green onions.

Tips

,  Don't Cook Pasta Too Much

,  You can add more or less spices to it as per your choice.
