Mirchi Pakora also known as Mirchi Bhajji is a very easy snack recipe. It is prepared very quickly and is made from big green chillies. The green chillies are wrapped in a thick solution of besan and deep fried Chilli pakoras are very good in winter or rainy season but you can make them anyway. I have removed the seeds of green chillies here but if you like more spicy, do not remove the seeds of chillies You can serve green sauce with tomato sauce with evening tea.

Ingredients for making chili pakoras
.1 cup gram flour (besan)
.red chili powder 1/4 tsp
.celery 1/4 tsp
.turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
.Salt to taste
.4 to 5 thick green peppers
.for frying oil
Recipe for making chilli pakoras
. First put the besan in a large pot
. Add 1/4 teaspoon celery, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, salt to taste and mix well
. Now add little by little water to the besan to make a thick solution and stir constantly to make the solution so that no thickness falls in it.
. Cover the besan solution and let it rest for 10 minutes
. Now cut the top of the green chillies from one side and remove its seeds if you prefer more pungent do not remove the chilli seeds
. Heat oil in a pan to fry the chilli pakoras
. The besan solution has been kept for 10 minutes now take a green chilli dip it in the besan solution and put in the hot oil
. Add as many green chillies as you can in the pan at a time and fry on low heat flipping on both sides till the chilli pakoras are crispy
. When the parkoras are nicely crispy remove them on kitchen paper to remove their excess oil and cook the rest of the pakoras in the same way
. Mirchi pakoras are ready now serve them with hot tea in tomato sauce or green chutney
Tips
. If you like it tart, don't remove the chilli seeds
. Fry on low heat while frying the pakoras
. You can also make them by filling the chillies with potato mixture while making chilli pakoras if you wish
.Make the besan solution thick so that it sticks well on top of the chillies
. Last but not least serve chilli pakoras with evening tea with tomato sauce green chutney
