Pickles enhance the taste of food Pickles are made in many ways today we will make instant pickles of green chillies it takes very little time to make this pickles and it becomes very tasty after making this pickles you serve it immediately If you want to keep the pickles for longer, heat the mustard oil until it smokes and then cool it and add the oil to the top of the pickles. This does not spoil the pickles for about 1 year If you can pickle the seeds, let's make an instant pickle of green chilies

Ingredients for Green Chili Instant Pickle
.15 to 20 thin green peppers
.Soph 1small spoon
.celery 1 tbsp
.mustard seeds 1 tbsp
.fenugreek 1 tbsp
.cumin 1 tbsp
. Mustard oil
Intended Green Chilli Pickle Recipe
. First heat the mustard oil until it smokes, turn off the gas and set the oil aside and let it cool
.Now wash the green chillies and dry the water. When the green chillies are dry, cut them into small pieces
.Now add a teaspoon of fennel, a teaspoon of mustard seeds, a teaspoon of celery, a teaspoon of fenugreek, a teaspoon of cumin seeds on top of the pan and fry (roast) gently on low heat
. Do not roast the spices too much, just roast lightly
. When the spices are lightly fried, turn off the gas and cool the spices
. When the spices are completely cool, put them in a mixer jar, cover the jar and grind the spices.
. Now add chopped green chillies in a pot
.Add mustard oil inside the green chillies and add the spices we have prepared for the pickle. Add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and half a teaspoon of mango powder(amchur) or lemon juice
. The green chili instant pickle is ready now serve it immediately or after 2 days it will taste even better
Tips
.To make the pickles last longer, dip the pickles in whole oil
. Before adding the oil to the pickles, heat the oil until it smokes and then cool and add to the pickles
.Use mustard oil to make pickles Mustard oil makes pickles tastier.
.To keep the pickles in the can, first wash and clean the can and then dry the can well. Now put the pickles in it
