Leftover rice cutlets are crispy and delicious snack and it is very easy to make rice cutlets are ready to be made with very few ingredients and in less time they are made by adding leftover rice , potatoes ,onions, tomatoes and spices Rice cutlets  to you ever eveningCan be made and served for breakfast Whenever you have made too much rice at home you can make this recipe to finish them off or you can make rice cutlets if you are bored of eating one kind of rice every day in addition you can make sandwiches  and burger from these cutlets  If you don't have rice, it's okay. You can also make this recipe with fresh rice and add your favorite vegetables. I have shallow fried the rice cutlets here  Deep fry them if you like

Ingredients for making rice cutlets

.leftover rice

.1 onion finely chopped

.Finely chopped green coriander

.1 green pepper finely chopped

.oil for frying

.   Grate 2 potatoes

.1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

.1/4 teaspoon coriander powder

.1/4 small teaspoon turmeric powder

.Salt to taste

.2 small tablespoons corn flour

.1/4 small teaspoon chaat masala

Recipe for making rice cutlets

First mash the rice and add the mashed potatoes

.Now add a finely chopped onion ,a finely chopped green chilli ,finely chopped green coriander ,1/4 small teaspoon red chilli powder , salt to taste ,1/4 small teaspoon turmeric powder ,1/4 small teaspoon coriander powder , 1/4 small teaspoon  Add chaat masala and add two tablespoons of cornflour and mix well to form a soft dough                                                               .Now take one ball of the mixture and shape it into cutlets or any other shape of your choice

.make and prepare all the cutlets

.  Now heat oil in a pan

.  When the oil is hot, add the cutlets and let them get crispy on one side

.  When the cutlet is crispy on one side, flip it over and crispy on the other side as well

.  Keep the gas heat low while frying the cutlets or the cutlets will remain raw on the inside

.  When the cutlets are nicely crispy on both sides remove them to a plate and fry the rest of the cutlets as well

.  The remaining rice cutlets are ready now serve them with tomato sauce or your favorite chutney

Tips

.  Fry the cutlets on low heat or they will remain raw inside

. Cutlets can also be made by adding vegetables of your choice

. Serve the cutlets with your favorite sauce 

.Mash the rice well before making the cutlets

.Cutlets can also be deep fried

.Make the cutlets more or less spicy to your liking
