Ingredients for making fenugreek parathas
. Fenugreek (methi)
.1 cup wheat flour
.1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
.Salt to taste
.Ghee
Recipe for fenugreek Parathas
.First clean, wash and cut the fenugreek
. Put the flour in a container
. Add finely chopped fenugreek, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder.
. Now add a little water to the flour and knead the soft dough
. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes
. Heat the pan
. Now break a ball of dough and make it round
.Put dry flour on the dough and roll the paratha
.Place the paratha on a hot pan and let it sear on one side
.When the paratha is cooked on one side flip it and apply ghee on it
.Apply ghee on both sides of the paratha and bake
.Make all the parathas in the same way
. Fenugreek (methi) parathas are ready now serve them with pickles, chutney, or your favorite vegetable.

.First of all, clean, wash and cut the fenugreek
. Put the wheat flour in a large bowl
. Now add finely chopped fenugreek red chilli powder and salt and mix well
.Add water little by little to the flour, knead a soft dough and cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes
.Set the pan to warm and break a ball out of the dough into a circle the size of a dough
.Put dry flour on the dough and roll the paratha
.Place the paratha on the pan and sear on one side
. When the paratha is seared on one side, turn it over and apply ghee on top of the paratha
. Similarly, fry the parathas with ghee, flipping them on both sides
.Fenugreek parathas are ready now you can serve them with yogurt pickles or your favorite vegetables

. You can also make it by adding besan to the parathas
.Bake on low heat to make the parathas crispy
