Jaggery malpua are very easy to make and they are very tasty to eat malpua are made on festivals besides you can make and eat them anytime malpua are made from wheat flour and jaggery nowadays malpua are also made from maida  are jaggery malpua to make first melt the jaggery inside the water then filter the water so that any waste in it it comes out now add this water to wheat flour and make the batter cover this batter for 10 minutes  Let it rest then make its malpua

Ingredients for making malpua of jaggery

.1/2 cup jaggery (gud)

.1cup wheat flour

.1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

.Water

.oil

.Slightly chopped dry fruit(optional)

Recipe for making malpua of jaggery

.First put the jaggery in a pot now add 1 glass of water and cook till the jaggery melts

.When the jaggery melts turn off the gas and strain the jaggery water to remove any waste in it and keep the water aside

.Now add 1 cup of wheat flour in a pot and add a little bit of jaggery water to make a solution

.Stir the mixture constantly while making the solution to avoid lumps

. jaggery  solution should not be too dilute or thick

.Add cardamom powder to the solution

.Now heat up a non-stick frying pan

.When the pan is hot, add a little oil

. Now put a small cup of batter on the pan and lightly spread it in circles with your hands

.Add a little oil on top of the malpua and let it cook on low heat on one side

.When the malpua is seared on one side flip it and again add a little oil on top of it and sear on the other side as well

.Prepare all the malpua in the same way

. Jaggery malpua are ready Garnish them with a little chopped dry fruit and serve.

Tips

.The batter for making malpua should not be too thin or thick

.Bake the malpua on low heat and pour a little oil over them while baking

.You can also make malpua by adding sugar instead of jaggery

.Add cardamom powder to the malpua batter

.Maida can also be used instead of wheat flour

.If you don't have jaggery, make a solution of flour, add sugar and mix it well to make malpua

.Finally garnish the malpua with dry fruit and serve
