It is very easy to make poha fingers to make them prepare a soft dough by making powder of poha and add boiled potatoes and spices in it then take a little bit of mixture from the dough and roll it lengthwise pressing with your hands and then the same size from them  Cut the fingers and deep fry the fingers in hot oil. If you like, add cheese to the mixture of potatoes and poha. This is an easy and quick snack. Poha fingers can be served with tea for breakfast in the evening  Kids and adults alike will love it

Ingredients for making Poha Fingers

. 2 boiled potatoes

. 1 green chilli finely chopped

.1/2 cup poha

.1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

.Salt to taste

.Finely chopped green coriander

.oil for frying

Recipe for making Poha Fingers

.First of all, put the pohe in a mixer jar and grind it into a fine powder

. Now mash boiled potatoes and add red chilli powder and salt

. Now add half a cup of poha which we have powdered to the potatoes

. Now add a finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped green coriander and mix well to form a soft dough

. Put a little oil on your hands

. Now take a little bit from the potato mixture and roll it lengthwise pressing it with your hands

. Now with the help of a knife cut all the fingers in one size

. Heat oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add the poha fingers

. Fry the poha fingers on low heat flipping them till crispy

. .When the poha fingers are nicely crispy remove them to the plate and fry the rest of the poha fingers in the same way            .Poha fingers are ready now serve them with you tomato sauce and tea

Tips

.  To make poha fingers, take fine poha as it powders well

. Fry the poha fingers on low heat which will make them crispy

.You can also add corn flour or rice flour to the potato mixture

.Poha fingers me spices you can do more or less to your liking
